New Student Registration/Enrollment Process 2025-26

 
OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD - January 24, 2025 - February 24, 2025
Applications are accepted during the designated open enrollment period for the following year. Following the open enrollment period, a determination is made whether the  number of eligible applicants exceeds the number of available seats for each class. In the case that there are more applicants than seats, a random drawing will determine admission for the impacted grade level. This drawing will take place on February 26, 2025.

STEP 1: Learn about our school! 
Attend one Info Meeting to learn about our unique program and receive a registration packet.
Info Meeting opportunities: 
  • Friday, January 24, 2024 - Tour & Info Meeting #1 3:00 pm
  • Wednesday, February 5 2025 - Info Meeting #2 6:00 pm
  • Friday, February 21, 2024 - Tour & Info Meeting #3, 3:00 pm 

STEP 2: We learn about you! 
Submit the Enrollment Interest Form to begin the enrollment process. All students who have submitted the Enrollment Interest Form by the Open Enrollment Deadline of February 24, 2025 will be entered into the drawing.

3:00 pm - February 26, 2025

You do not need to be present for the drawing. Offers of admission will be made by email to the applicant’s family, to be sent within five (5) business days of the enrollment lottery. The family will then have five (5) business days to respond and schedule an Enrollment Meeting (Step 3, detailed below). If the family does not respond, one additional phone call will be made, and the family will have two (2) business days to contact the school and schedule the enrollment meeting. If the family still does not respond, the applicant will be considered to have “declined” offer of enrollment and will lose his/her place in the class. Applicants not offered spaces immediately will be placed on the waitlist.

STEP 3: Enrollment meeting! 
Student and parent/guardian attend a meeting with the Director and/or Counselor to complete registration and select courses. 
Please bring your completed registration packet, master agreement, and all required documents (such as proof of residency and vaccination records). You may submit required documents in person to our main office or via email to Joni Cain, administrative assistant, at jcain@eduhsd.k12.ca.us.

Once we have received all registration documentation and your completed course request, you will be officially enrolled for the 2025-26 school year at Pacific Crest Academy!



If the Open Enrollment period has passed, any openings will be filled at the Director’s discretion. Please review our highlight video and presentation slides for a brief overview of our program and then complete the Enrollment Interest Form (Step 2). You will be contacted for an individual or small group info session to learn more as space becomes available.
