OPEN ENROLLMENT has passed. However, we may have limited seats available in some grade levels. Please submit the 2025-26 Enrollment Interest Form to begin the enrollment process. If a seat is available, we will reach out with next steps.

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION/ENROLLMENT PROCESS 2026-27
OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD - January 23, 2026 - February 24, 2026
Applications are accepted during the designated open enrollment period for the following year. Following the open enrollment period, a determination is made whether the number of eligible applicants exceeds the number of available seats for each class. In the case that there are more applicants than seats, a public random drawing will determine admission for the impacted grade level. Public random drawing will take place on February 25, 2026.
If the Open Enrollment period has passed, any openings will be filled at the Director’s discretion if space is available. Please complete steps 1 and 2; you will be contacted for an individual or small group info session to learn more as space becomes available. STEP 1: Learn about our school! Attend an Info Meeting to learn about our unique program and receive a registration packet.
Info Meetings will take place:
Friday, January 23, 2026 Tour/Info Meeting #1 3:00 pm
Wednesday, February 4, 2026 - Info Meeting #2 6:00 pm
Friday, February 20, 2025 Tour/Info Meeting #3, 3:00 pm

*NOTE: You should not move to step 2 until you complete Step 1
STEP 2: We learn about you! Submit the Enrollment Interest Form to be added to our interest list. All students who have submitted the Enrollment Interest Form by the Open Enrollment Deadline of February 24, 2025 will be entered into the random public drawing.

3:00 pm - February 25, 2026
In accordance with Education Code Section 47605(d)(2)(B), admission preferences in the case of a lottery shall be given to the following students in the following order:
- Students entering 9th grade who have a sibling enrolled in Pacific Crest Academy (siblings include children living in the same household who share at least one parent, stepparent, or guardian).
- All other applicants.
You do not need to be present for the drawing. Offers of admission will be made by email to the applicant’s family, to be sent within five (5) business days of the enrollment lottery. The family will then have five (5) business days to respond and schedule an Enrollment Meeting (Step 3, detailed below). If the family does not respond, one additional phone call will be made, and the family has two (2) business days to contact the school and schedule the enrollment meeting. If the family still does not respond, the applicant will be considered to have “declined” and will lose his/her place in the class.
Applicants not offered spaces immediately following the lottery will remain on the waiting list if additional spaces open up before the school year begins. Waiting lists remain in effect prior to the first day of school.
STEP 3: Enrollment meeting! You will be invited to an enrollment meeting for student and parent(s) to meet with the Director and/or Counselor to complete registration and select courses. Students will also take a brief math diagnostic to help determine the best course placement. Please bring your completed registration packet, master agreement, and all required documents (such as proof of residency and vaccination records).
You may submit required documents in person to our main office or via email to Joni Cain, administrative assistant, at jcain@eduhsd.k12.ca.us.
Once we have received all registration documentation and your completed course request, you will be officially enrolled for the 2026-27 school year at Pacific Crest Academy!
